I'm Jake Luigi
If you are like me, you feel overwhelmed by all the jiu jitsu content out there. So many techniques to study with so little time...where do we start? I believe it is important to start at the top which is why I created the YouTube channel "Less Impressed More Involved BJJ." I study BJJ competition to highlight the techniques working at the highest level of our sport. If we can narrow down the techniques that work, we can make better use of our training time and see a dramatic transformation in our jiu jitsu ability.
My Story
I lived the jiu jitsu bum lifestyle. I bought a van to sleep in, worked a full time job in Oakland,CA, and trained BJJ...then I met a girl. My now wife got a job in Hawaii so we had a decision to make. Quit my job in California and move to Hawaii on one income, or stay where we are comfortable in California. We decided to move and I began to create YouTube videos full time. Thanks to all of you, the plan is working out.
